The Muse Behind the Lens

My Name is Shauneen Lorraine, but most call me Lori! I’m a 30-year-old model with over six years of experience, working across boudoir, editorial, & creative photography.

Based in Northern Ireland & available for travel, I collaborate with photographers, brands, studios, & workshops to create visually striking, expressive work across a wide range of styles — including boudoir, creative portraiture, high fashion, art nude, alternative fashion, grunge, & dark, atmospheric concepts.

My journey into modelling has been deeply personal. It didn’t begin from a place of confidence — in fact, quite the opposite. I spent a long time feeling disconnected from my body & unhappy within myself. Over time, being in front of the camera became a way to rebuild that ‘self love’ relationship. What started as something external slowly became something transformative — allowing me to see beauty, strength, & identity in a way I never had before.

That experience is at the core of everything I create.

I’m particularly passionate about honoring the divine feminine — capturing the female form in a way that feels both powerful & unfiltered. My work often explores the balance between softness & strength, elegance & rawness, intimacy & presence. Whether the concept is minimal & ethereal or dark & expressive, I aim to bring authenticity & emotion into every frame.

Alongside modelling, I also have experience creating my own self-portrait & photography work — which means my understanding goes beyond just being in front of the camera. I have a strong awareness of lighting, angles, & how different setups translate visually, allowing me to adapt quickly on set & contribute to the overall creative direction. I’m able to anticipate what works, move with intention, & collaborate in a way that supports both the photographer & the concept.

It’s something that adds an extra layer to my work, blending modelling with a deeper creative understanding from both sides of the lens.

At the heart of it all, my work is about connection — to self, to emotion, & to the quiet power of simply being seen. This is where expression becomes effortless, & femininity is allowed to exist — simply, as it is.
